Shiatsu
Shiatsu originates from Japan and means literally "finger pressure". It is a holistic therapy normally
received on a futon and fully clothed.
Shiatsu involves gentle stretches and appropriate perpendicular pressure to open up the joints and muscles
as well as restoring the balance of the life force in our boy known as Qi. One can often hear the comparison of 'acupunctre
without needles' which is true to some extent since both share some principles.
I qualified as a Shiatsu practitioner at the British School of Shiatsu-Do in North London
I am a member of the British Shiatsu Society and insured.
